{I Hate Circus and Zoo}

The lack of respect and mercy we have for animals is only hurting ourselves. I hate the circus, zoos, roadside attractions, petting zoos, aquariums, water parks, race tracks, livestock shows, bullfights, dog shows, rodeo, dog tracks, basically anywhere animals are kept in captivity and used for our amusement and wealth. Most of these animals do not belong in North America, Europe, Oceania, etc. Leave them in their natural habitat and let them be.

Always remember: “All the creatures that crawl on the earth and those that fly with their wings are communities like yourselves. We have missed nothing out of the record- in the end they will be gathered to their Lord.” {Quran, 6:38}

“When children see animals in a circus, they learn that animals exist for our amusement. Quite apart from the cruelty involved in training and confining these animals, the whole idea that we should enjoy the humiliating spectacle of an elephant or lion made to perform circus tricks shows a lack of respect for the animals as individuals”
